By accessing or using our Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. We designed Clawquik to minimize the data we store while maximizing your control over your AI agents.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, connect third-party services, or interact with our platform.

Account Information

  • Identity Data: Name, email address, password, and profile information.
  • Billing Data: Payment instrument details (processed securely by our payment providers, e.g., Stripe) and billing addresses.

Service Usage & Agent Data

  • Configuration Data: Prompts, API keys, and settings you configure to deploy your agents.
  • Interaction Logs: Telemetry, error reports, and standard access logs required for debugging and ensuring system reliability.
  • Third-Party Integrations: OAuth tokens and connection strings required to interact with platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Gmail on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following core purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To provision, operate, and maintain your AI agents securely.
  • Authentication: To securely log you in and manage your API access.
  • Communication: To send critical transaction emails, service updates, and support responses.
  • Improvement: To analyze performance metrics and improve the reliability of the Clawquik platform.

Important Commitment: We do not sell your personal data. We do not use the specific prompts, documents, or private messaging conversations processed by your agents to train our own public AI models.

3. Third-Party Integrations (OAuth)

When you authorize Clawquik to access third-party applications (like Google Workspace, WhatsApp, or Discord) using OAuth or API keys:

  • We only request the minimum scopes strictly necessary for your AI agent to perform the automations you configured.
  • Tokens and keys are securely encrypted at rest.
  • We do not retain full copies of your external data (like full email inboxes or chat histories) longer than what is required to process the immediate workflow.

Google Workspace Policy: Clawquik's use of information received, and Clawquik's transfer of information to any other app, from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Security

We implement rigorous security measures to protect your information:

  • All API keys, access tokens, and passwords are encrypted at rest using industry-standard protocols.
  • All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and third-party APIs is encrypted in transit using TLS.
  • We utilize isolated secure enclaves to run your deployed agents, preventing cross-tenant data leakage.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. You can cancel your account at any time, which will initiate the deletion of your personal data and revocation of API access tokens within 30 days, except where retention is legally mandated for tax or compliance.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request the correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Request the deletion of your personal data (Right to be Forgotten).
  • Withdraw consent for third-party integrations from your dashboard settings.
